Use these questions to evaluate how well you know your company...

1. What does my company want? What initiatives are they driving? What is the focus? How does my company make money? Find out NEW insights into these questions. Get connected to your company like you have never before.

2. Why does my job exist? How does my job support the business model? How is my job measured?

3. What are the critical factors that I need to focus on every single day to make sure I help the company with their initiatives? (Typically 3 - 4)

4. What gets in the way every day that makes it challenging to focus on these critical factors? (i.e. putting out fires, handling complaints, lack of planning every day, etc...)

5. What do I want long term, for my career, my life? Take some time and think this out. Write it down. Don't leave this as a vague longing. Be as specific as you can.
